Project Manager
Locations: Fairfield, NJ & Hillsdale, NJ
Role Overview:
Project Managers oversee residential exterior projects from start to finish. You’ll be the main point of contact for homeowners, coordinate crews, ensure quality standards are met, and keep projects moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily jobsite operations
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
- Coordinate crews, materials, and schedules
- Ensure work meets company quality standards
- Identify and solve jobsite issues proactively
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Sales or construction experience preferred (not required)
- Organized, accountable, and professional
- Willingness to learn and grow
